On the property of our modern business building in Kelkheim, an innovative exhibition hotel is being developed, following the partial demolition and repurposing of the former production hall. Fully realized with our internationally patented modular construction method, padamodular, the four-story hotel complex excites both indoors and outdoors with a stylistic design and intelligent building concept.

The ground floor of the modular hotel serves as the reception and breakfast area, which also accommodates events for up to 280 people. A green courtyard is centrally revealed, flanked by the two parts of the building. The upper floors house 102 individually furnished single and double rooms, accessible via a central staircase and two elevators. An underground parking garage completes the hotel's amenities on a ground floor area of approximately 2,140 m².

The exclusive hotel complex is special due to its combination of design and functionality, and uniquely so in the hotel industry due to the sustainable and highly efficient modular construction method.

Thanks to our internationally patented plug-and-play system, padamodular, the construction process benefits from a high degree of prefabrication, thus also offering significant time and cost efficiency. A gentle approach to the construction-required resources is guaranteed, as well as a CO2 emission that is minimized.
